Join Eartunes Radio

We are always on the search for new Volunteer Presenters to join our friendly team and the great thing is you don't need any experience, as we will provide you with all the training and support you need.

If you are looking to take on a new hobby, join a local group, learn a new skill or just gain some experience within the Community Radio Sector, then Eartunes Radio could be for you!

So, if you have ever fancied becoming a Radio Presenter, then we would like to hear from you. You need to be over the age of 16, be able to commit to a regular programme slot, have a connection to Calne or the surrounding area and have a passion for music.

At Eartunes Radio we all share a great love for the station, and we are all committed to putting the heart back in to local radio, and we all want to help get Eartunes onto the FM airwaves in the not too distant future.

Eartunes Success Story ...

Thomas joined Eartunes when he was 16 years old, he wanted to present a show in order to share his love of films and also attract the younger listeners to the station.

At the time of joining Thomas was just embarking on his college journey to train as a chef, however, he developed a love of Radio too much, and changed colleges and courses and began to study media - all while presenting on Eartunes !

Once he finished college and had his media qualifications he was lucky enough to be accepted into the BBC Apprenticeship scheme at BBC Radio Wiltshire and is now a fully trained Journalist Coordinator and BBC Radio Presenter.

This just shows that Community Radio is a great starting point for anyone looking to make it within the industry !!
