We broadcast 24 hours a day and bring you a varied automated and life schedule each and every day.  All our live shows are shown below, with more being added on a regular basis.

Every Monday Night, Ade Stickley presents the very best (and the very worst) that the Seventies had to offer.

Re-live the decade that introduced us to Disco, Funk, Punk, Glam Rock, New Wave and of course Batwing collars, Flared Jeans and the trusty platform shoes!


Tuesdays - 9pm


Tune in for a laid-back Tuesday Night with our resident Brummie, Luke Neale. Luke will be playing you some of the best Reggae tunes from across the years, so dig out the rum, spark up the Reefer and chill.


Thursdays - 3pm

Now and a Glen

A weekly Magazine programme with Glenis Ansell providing news about local events and community groups, plus some hints and tips on recycling, and interspersed with an eclectic mix of music.


Fridays - 3pm

Ricks Blasts from the Past

The Eartunes Dinosaur aka Rick Lee is here every Friday from 3-5pm. Sit back and relax as Rick takes you on a bumpy journey through prehistory with lots of great music and plenty of technical calamities.  


Saturday - 12pm

Couch Potato

In normal circumstances Thomas will be bringing you the weekly Cinema Guide and TV guide, and playing you some awesome music.

But as the Cinemas are closed and TV is dire, he will be talking total rubbish and of course playing you the awesome music as planned.


Sunday - 9pm

AOR & ALTegrity

Join Kevin Dempsey for two hours of wondrous retro music.  Firstly 'All Out Retrospectical' full of classic and lesser known album tracks from his personal collection.

Then, followed by ALTegrity from 10pm.  A hand picked collection of Alternative, Indie, Punk and Post-Punk tunes
